Craniosacral and Reflexology

  • Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety.

CST has been known to aid in relieving a wide variety of dysfunctions, such as:

    Chronic Neck and Back Pain

    Migraines and Headaches

    Stress and Tension-Related Disorders

    Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD)

    Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Craniosacral is beneficial for everyone from newborns to seniors. CST supports health at every stage of life. For athletes or fitness enthusiasts, CST can offer unique benefits. It can help improve mobility, reduce injury recovery time, and take your performance to a new level. Whether you are looking to alleviate specific symptoms, boost overall wellness, or achieve peak performance, CST can help.

  • Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using pressure from the thumb and fingers.

Zones and reflex areas reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands. Working on the feet and hands can bring relaxation and support to other areas of the body related to the specific zone or reflex being addressed.

  • I am Jason Myers. I studied craniosacral and reflexology at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. I have been focusing on these modalities for over 15 years. I specialize in helping people who suffer from chronic headaches. In my spare time I practice Tai Ji and like to play baritone ukulele.
